Primaire Consulting is partnering with a well-known Engineering distributor, seeking a talented Internal Sales individual to join their dynamic team. If you thrive in an autonomous and entrepreneurial work environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Assist customers with technical queries, escalating as needed while maintaining responsibility for customer interaction.
  • Quotation Management: Pre-qualify requests for quotations, produce timely and accurate quotes using standard email templates, and ensure all relevant team members are informed.
  • Order Processing: Accurately key new orders, notify customers of acceptance and expected delivery, and monitor existing orders for any changes.
  • Support Sales Initiatives: Assist external sales with telesales efforts and other initiatives, and take ownership of assigned accounts.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent at responding to and managing customer interactions.
