Job description

I'm partnering with a leading financial news and intelligence platform that's expanding its London team. They're looking for a reporter with the drive to break exclusive stories on M&A activity.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing newsroom that consistently beats the competition on scoops. You'll receive full training, report on high-level strategic developments, and build a network of senior sources across corporate, legal, and advisory circles.

Some financial journalism experience is required; knowledge of M&A or relevant contacts would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

• Break exclusive stories on major corporate transactions and funding rounds.
• Build a strong network of trusted contacts.
• Represent the publication at top business events and conferences.

Key requirements include:

• Experience as a financial journalist.
• Proven track record (or a strong drive to) break stories.
• Knowledge or experience in covering M&A deals would be a significant advantage.
