Job description

Reporting directly to the Head of Brand and Chief Digital Officer, you will be responsible for implementing CRO strategy collaborating with stakeholders to drive experimentation and improvements online on our e-commerce platform.


We are looking for a talented and highly motivated CRO/UX Lead to prioritize, manage, execute and optimize conversion paths. This is an opportunity to work for an in-house formalwear heritage brand.


Responsibilities:


Conversion Rate Optimisation

  • Lead CRO strategy across key website areas including checkout, PLPs, PDPs, site search, and merchandising.
  • Design and manage a structured experimentation roadmap using A/B and multivariate testing to validate hypotheses and maximise ROI.
  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of testing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Provide in-depth KPI-focused analysis and actionable insights to support business objectives.
  • User Experience (UX) Design
  • Lead UX design across all digital touchpoints, ensuring customer-centric, intuitive, and brand-consistent experiences.
  • Produce wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and annotated documentation using tools like Figma.
  • Define and maintain a scalable digital design language and UX standards aligned with the brand identity.
  • Identify pain points and optimise the end-to-end user journey to reduce friction and improve engagement.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with front-end and back-end development teams to ensure seamless implementation of CRO and UX initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Creative, Ecommerce, Brand, and Technical teams to align digital strategies with commercial goals.
  • Present testing insights and design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.


Qualifications / skillset:

  • Experience in a similar Conversion Rate Optimisation role and/or UX focused role
  • Pragmatic self-starter with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Creative, Ecommerce, Technical Development and Senior Management
  • Solid understanding of CRO, digital marketing & data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of GA4, A/B testing platforms such as AB Tasty, Optimizely etc and other platforms such as Hotjar, ContenSquare.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript/ HTML/ CSS
  • Experience creating wireframes, flows, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Passion for elegant design, conversion efficiency, and delivering measurable results.
