We are excited to be working with a fast-growing, innovative global technology business in their search for an Associate Legal Counsel.

This role will join the expanding global legal team based in an impressive office in Central London. It is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and rapidly scaling business and grow and develop in a high-growth commercial environment.

This opportunity will support several of the global offices in both an internal and external legal function and will involve a variety of work, including:

• Negotiating contracts with clients and vendors.

• Drafting and implementing internal policies and procedures.

• Developing and delivering legal and compliance training to the business.

• Working on corporate structure and company secretarial matters.

• Dealing with evolving areas of law including intellectual property, data privacy, technology, sanctions and regulatory compliance, employment and taxation.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Law degree from a well-respected UK University.

• UK qualified solicitor from a Magic Circle law firm

• Trained in Corporate or Litigation

• 1-3 years PQE

• Experience in drafting and negotiating client-facing commercial contracts.

• Experience in corporate governance and finance.

• Ability to work on both transactional and non-transactional legal matters.

• Strong attention to detail and solutions orientated.

• Strong written, oral and presentation skills.
