In-House Counsel in City Of London

Job description

This is an excellent in-house opportunity for candidates seeking a broad, generalist diet of work, working for a listed international business, with a tangible and sustainable product.

As a key member of a small in-house legal function, you will report directly to the General Counsel. This is a position that will provide you with a good level of responsibility, and genuine exposure to the C-suite. The work will comprise a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Likely to suit a UK-qualified lawyer with at least 3-4 PQE. Ideally, you will have a blend of experience gained in private practice and in-house (whether in a permanent role or on secondment).

It is essential that you have some experience and understanding of the regulatory environment applicable to listed corporates (ideally AIM or lower-mid cap main list businesses).

Central London-based. Hybrid working with 4 days per week in the office.

Six figure salary + comprehensive package.
