Payments Regulatory Lawyer (interim) in City of London

Job description

Opportunity for an experienced Payments Regulatory Lawyer to join busy team commencing from July on an initial 3-6 month day rate contract.

Part time, 4 days/week also considered.

Responsibilities will include:

• advising clients on regulatory frameworks such as the Cross Border Transfer Regulations and the Wire Transfer Regulations
• Providing regulatory advice on matters in relation to the Payment Services Regulations 2017

Technical knowledge and experience across these areas is critical. You will ideally have trained in a highly regarded firm coupled with experience in-house or in private practice in a similar capacity.
