Researcher for Sample Recruitment in United Kingdom

Job description

One of our clients are seeking a freelance Sample Recruiter to support qualitative research projects. This ad-hoc, project-based role involves contacting individuals from provided lists to explain research studies, build rapport, and schedule interviews.

Responsibilities

• Call individuals from Excel spreadsheets using a provided script.
• Clearly explain research objectives and build trust with potential participants.
• Ensure potential participants have correct criteria required to take part
• Schedule research with suitable candidates.
• Accurately record outcomes
• Maintain contact with participants to ensure participation

Key Skills & Experience

• Excellent telephone manner and ability to build trust quickly.
• Proficiency in Excel for data input and management.
• Comfortable working from a script and adapting to ad-hoc situations.
• Prior experience in social or market research, sales or acting is beneficial

Compensation & Logistics

• Compensation: Approximately £42 per recruited participant.
• Workload: Ad-hoc and project-based
