Commercial Partner – London - Top National Firm - Salary up to £250k

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, outsourcing projects, and technology-related matters.
• Working with a diverse client base, including international businesses and household names, to deliver innovative solutions.
• Leading on complex, high-value matters, providing strategic advice on business-critical issues.
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
• Taking initiative with BD and team leadership.

The Candidate

We are seeking a seasoned, senior commercial lawyer with an established track record of advising on complex commercial matters, ideally with a focus on one or more of: tech, IP, outsourcing, procurement, or general commercial contracts.
