Finance Business Partner

Location: Derby-based (with England and Wales travel roughly twice a month)

Salary: £55,000 + benefits

Full-time | Hybrid working

A commercially focused Finance Business Partner role offering genuine variety, visibility, and the chance to influence decisions at a strategic level.

You’ll support a group of ambitious, fast-growing businesses – acting as a trusted partner to leadership teams, leading forecasting and budgeting processes, and providing clear, actionable financial insight.

Based in modern Derby offices 2–3 days per week, you’ll also travel to other sites across the UK and Wales around twice a month – either as day trips or overnight stays, fully expensed.

What we’re looking for

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance role
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working across multiple businesses
