About the Company:

We’re working with a high-growth, international media business that produces globally recognised digital-first content. With offices in both the UK and US, and backed by a major investment group, the company is a leader in its space and continues to expand rapidly. The legal team is collaborative, commercially focused, and plays a key role in supporting the company’s strategic direction.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior corporate lawyer (ideally 2–4 PQE) to move in-house and gain broad exposure in a fast-paced, creative environment. The role focuses on private M&A, while also covering corporate governance, compliance, and group structuring. You’ll work closely with senior legal and finance stakeholders and contribute to a wide range of high-impact projects.

About You:

You’ll be a UK-qualified lawyer with strong academics and training from a leading law firm. You’ll bring solid experience in private M&A and general corporate matters, ideally with some in-house or secondment exposure. You’ll be commercially minded, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects.
