Key Responsibilities:

Develop a strong understanding of different business department recruitment requirements and objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, market insights and talent trends.
Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through direct search methods, including headhunting, social media, networking, and referral
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills testing, and reference checks, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.
Utilize social media platforms, industry events, webinars, and content marketing to enhance our reach and appeal to potential candidates.
Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Provide expert advice on talent acquisition trends, market conditions, and best practices.

Person Specification:

Required:

Mandarin Speaking
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment and attraction of senior talent.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
