  • Support on international employment issues, including matters in the US and Asia.
  • Maintain up-to-date employment documentation and ensure legal compliance.

Operational & Property Matters

  • Manage legal aspects of office leases, facilities, and health & safety regulations.
  • Advise the operations team on compliance and property-related matters.

  • Act as the go-to legal advisor across the business.
  • Manage external counsel relationships and legal budget.
  • Maintain legal documentation, policies, and training initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • UK-qualified solicitor with 5–7 years’ PQE.
  • Strong commercial contracts background, ideally with in-house experience.
  • Solid grounding in UK employment law.
  • Experience advising on US legal matters (essential).
  • Confident operating in a standalone role with international responsibilities.
