Residential Conveyancer – Hybrid – Ongoing Locum Role

Location: Cheshire (Hybrid Working)

Contract: 3 months +

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established law firm in Cheshire. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a supportive team on a diverse caseload of residential property matters

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively within a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
