Opportunity to join the Residential Conveyancing team as a Fee Earner, managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Management: Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
• Document Production: Draft contracts, completion statements, SDLTs, and other conveyancing documents
• Case Progression: Monitor and progress all case stages to timely completion
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and file management standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing as a fee earner or conveyancing executive
• Ability to manage caseloads independently
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Competency with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
• Proactive, client-focused, and able to thrive in a hybrid/flexi working environment
