We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join a busy and successful team. This role combines resourcing support with general office administrative support to ensure smooth operations across both talent acquisition and office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Maintain and update the CRM inline with GDPR guidelines and company privacy policy.
- Help coordinate onboarding for new hires specifically for contract roles.
- Supporting the team on the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, arranging interviews and candidate onboarding.
- Searching via CRM, LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events.
- Screen applications and schedule interviews as and when needed.
- General admin - formatting CVs and sending across agency TOBs.
Office Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Directors and Consultants.
- Order office supplies and support facilities management - communication with building manager for any building issues.
- Help coordinate internal meetings, events, and calendars.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense processing.
- Support accountants as and when needed with financials.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Professional and confident in speaking to Hiring Managers and candidates.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other digital tools including google drive.
- Experience with ATS or LinkedIn would be beneficial.
- Friendly, professional, and discreet, with a can-do attitude.
