You'll be joining a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same — from managing meter installations to resolving industry data queries. It’s your chance to be part of a company

  • Annual bonus (based on company and personal performance)
  • Flexi-time scheme
  • Free on-site parking
  • Casual dress code
  • Regular company events
  • Company pension scheme
  • Health & wellbeing programme
  • Access to an on-site gym

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of meter and AMR installations, exchanges, removals and updates
  • Ensure accurate sourcing and updating of Meter Asset Manager (MAM) data
  • Identify and resolve meter/AMR data discrepancies promptly
  • Handle industry meter reading rejections and ensure timely resolutions
  • Liaise with metering partners, suppliers, customers and internal teams to resolve queries
  • Support smart and AMR meter rollout strategy
  • Coordinate with metering agencies to request or re-sync devices within SLAs
  • Ensure accurate and timely meter reading submissions to the industry
  • Process industry data flows and maintain accurate supply point records
  • Deliver high levels of service to support operational and sales functions
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive approach to identifying solutions and improving processes
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and think independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills — able to build relationships and influence effectively
  • Flexible and willing to support other business areas when needed

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in an energy supplier operations role
  • Familiarity with third-party agents like MAMs or MOPs
  • Advanced Excel skills
