Reporting into the Financial Restructuring and Special Situations group, you will provide consistent, high-quality credit analysis and business development support. The role will drive greater efficiency, market responsiveness, and client engagement across the team, ensuring delivery of best-in-class analysis and materials that directly contribute to the group’s ongoing growth and market leadership.


Key responsibilities

  • Analyse complex debt documentation and provide clear, actionable insights to the team.
  • Prepare high-quality written materials and client-facing presentations.
  • Support market opportunity tracking and business development initiatives.
  • Work alongside senior counsel to provide additional coverage during peak periods and absences.
  • Contribute to technical support on matters where appropriate.


This role would suit a qualified lawyer with 4+ years' PQE, ideally with experience in financial restructuring, banking, high yield, or structured finance. Strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical and writing skills, and a collaborative, proactive mindset are essential.
