About the Role

This is your opportunity to drive creative ambition across agency networks, influencing media strategies with compelling out-of-home (OOH) solutions. You'll be instrumental in educating and inspiring agencies, identifying fresh opportunities, and delivering standout campaigns that challenge the norm.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand key relationships within the creative agency ecosystem.
• Develop and implement engagement plans that unlock fresh opportunities for innovation.
• Work collaboratively with client-facing teams to identify new business streams.
• Deliver persuasive presentations that position OOH as a critical part of the media mix.
• Take a proactive approach to pitching unique ideas and creative formats.
• Ensure agency participation in industry events and thought leadership opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives with ideas that captivate the creative community.
• Be a visible and trusted expert within agency settings.

About You

• Extensive experience in creative or media agency business development.
• A well-established network across London’s creative industry.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and build lasting partnerships.
• Deep understanding of media planning and the strategic role of OOH.
• Excellent communicator with confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Organised, adaptable, and results-driven.
• A problem-solver with a strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
