Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Doncaster area (office-based with hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £60,000 - £65,000 DOE

About the Role:

We are seeking a capable Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established legal team based in Doncaster. The successful candidate will manage a caseload primarily focused on standard commercial leases, including shops and flats. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team environment with strong administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload of standard commercial leases and related property matters independently.
• Provide clear legal advice to clients on commercial property transactions.
• Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to progress matters efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience managing commercial property matters, especially standard leases involving shops and flats.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work primarily from the office with flexibility for 1-2 days of remote work per week.
• Candidates should ideally be based within a 45-minute commute of Doncaster due to the office location and transport limitations.
