About the Role

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture. You will provide sound advice to managers and employees on employment policies, workplace issues, and best practices, ensuring fair and consistent approaches across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management across the UK.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practices.
  • Supporting managers with coaching and development to enhance their employee relations capabilities.
  • Leading investigations and providing recommendations on complex cases.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies to support business objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a positive work environment.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in an Employee Relations role within a professional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and complex situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to employee relations matters.
