You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our sales and client materials are nothing short of outstanding – aligned to brand, informed by insight, and delivered with real visual impact.


What you’ll be doing

Design & Formatting of Sales Collateral

  • Design and format compelling sales collateral, including tactical presentations, proposals, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Bring our value proposition to life through visually engaging, brand-aligned materials
  • Collaborate with bid and sales teams to ensure each asset has clarity, purpose, and polish.

Content Management & Optimisation

  • Own and maintain a central content library for quick, easy access to high-impact materials.
  • Drive content improvement, keeping key documents fresh, consistent, and relevant.
  • Regularly update and collate performance and operational data

Presentation & Sales Support

  • Format and fine-tune presentations, ensuring key messages land with clarity and confidence.
  • Partner with sales teams to create bespoke, high-stakes presentations that showcase our strengths.
  • Curate and manage frequently used content to support speed, consistency, and professionalism across the board.

Client-Facing & Internal Communications

  • Design and support the delivery of client-facing newsletters that drive engagement and uncover new opportunities.
  • Lead the collation and creation of content for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring each one tells a compelling story backed by data.


What you’ll bring

  • A sharp eye for design and detail, with strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills – you’ll be the kind of person who knows exactly where everything lives.
  • A proactive, improvement-driven mindset – always asking “how can we make this better?”
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate complex info into clear, compelling content.
  • A team-first approach, comfortable working across departments and deadlines.

This is a hybrid role with travel to either our London office - Moorgate or our Dagenham location.

Salary - £35-40K experience dependent.
