Salary: Up to £100k + Bonus + Shares

We're partnering with a leading climate solutions provider to find a Head of Carbon Project Sourcing — a senior-level leadership role at the heart of their global supply strategy.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead the sourcing and origination of high-integrity carbon projects across nature-based solutions, tech-based removals, and sustainable infrastructure. You’ll manage a global sourcing team, shape long-term partnerships with project developers, and play a key role in commercial and environmental outcomes in the voluntary carbon market.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in carbon project origination, deal structuring, or global supply partnerships
• A strong understanding of the voluntary carbon market
• Leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset
• Passion for climate impact and working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
