Residential Conveyancer | Taunton (with flexibility for Bridgwater or Yeovil) | Full-Time, Permanent

£30,000- £55,000


About:


A respected and well-established South West law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to manage their own caseload and contribute to the continued success of a client-focused legal practice.


The Role:


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold matters. The role requires a confident and capable fee earner with the ability to handle transactions from start to finish while delivering excellent client care.


Additional responsibilities may include: Supporting and mentoring junior team members or trainees (desirable), and building and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, and other professionals.

Requirements


  • Qualified and non-qualified conveyancers are encouraged to apply
  • Ideally, you will have over 3 years of fee earning experience
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Client-focused approach with strong organisational skills
  • Experience mentoring or training others is an advantage
  • Strong networking and business development acumen
