Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements
• Involvement in corporate transactions - disposals, acquisitions
• Support with project work
• Manage external counsel

Qualifications

• UK qualified Lawyer
• 3 years PQE+

Experience

• Currently in-house, ideally in the Insurance market
• Trained in a reputable Law firm
