The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Client Associate to join our well-regarded client based in Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor to contribute to a growing department, playing a vital role in providing expert legal guidance across a broad range of private client matters.

The Role

As an Associate, you will manage your own varied caseload of private client matters and collaborate closely with senior colleagues and support staff. You will also be encouraged to develop your professional profile and contribute to the growth and reputation of the department.

• Advising on and drafting Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney
• Handling complex Probate matters and estate administration
• Providing inheritance tax and estate planning advice
• Supporting clients through often sensitive and emotionally challenging times with empathy and clarity
• Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge and compliance with current legislation

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a qualified solicitor / legal executive with 3+ years PQE and proven experience in private client law

• Strong technical expertise in Wills, Probate, Trusts, and LPAs
• Solid understanding of Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• A proactive, organised, and compassionate approach to managing caseloads
