TMT Associate | 2-6 PQE in City of London

Job description

A highly-regarded international firm is looking to hire junior to mid-level associates to join its leading TMT (technology, media, and telecommunications) team. In this role, you will work on transactions and provide regulatory advice for market-leading clients as part of the largest TMT team in the City.

I'm looking to speak to associates with anywhere between 2 and 6 years' with experience drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements and licences and/or advising on issues relating to interpretation and termination of contracts, IP rights, and data protection.
