Montresor Legal is working closely with a valued client to recruit class year 2023 and 2024 private equity M&A associates.

This is an opportunity to join an elite corporate law environment alongside a highly regarded senior bench.

The firm is squarely focused on the training and development of its associates, providing ample resource toward furthering technical ability and facilitating mentorship from partners and senior associates.

Whilst paying toward the top of the market and bringing in elite quality work, this isn't a sweatshop hours culture. You will get runs on the board when it comes to being staffed on deals, but also enjoy an environment with reasonable expectations on your time. It is one of the reasons the firm has produced much better than average associate retention.

You will have the opportunity to work on on a wide range of transactions, in particular cross-border M&A and private equity, which will help you to develop a well-rounded corporate law skillset.

About You:

• You will be E&W or commonwealth qualified with experience in the transactional corporate team of a highly regarded Silver, Magic, Elite, or International firm.
• Top academics from a leading institution.
• An unchoppy CV demonstrating positive internal reviews.
• A keen, 'hand-up' attitude with strong intellectual curiosity and commercial acumen.
