What You’ll Do

As our Videographer Intern (Contractor), you’ll be an essential teammate across the entire video lifecycle:

• Plan, storyboard, and produce compelling video content tailored for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Set up professional lighting, audio, and camera gear (on-site and in hybrid environments).
• Direct talent and internal stakeholders to achieve natural and on-brand performances.
• Edit and polish videos — including color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, captions, and platform-specific formatting.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure brand cohesion across all assets.
• Organize, tag, and manage media in Clinked — ensuring it's easy to access and repurpose.
• Stay on top of video trends, platform best practices, and emerging tools to keep our content fresh.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Video editing skills: Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Technical know-how: Understanding of lighting setups, audio capture, composition, and video workflows.
• Creative storyteller: You think visually, plan with intention, and pay attention to the finer details.
• Team collaborator: You communicate clearly, welcome feedback, and can coordinate with others in hybrid settings.
• Organizational mindset: You’re adept at maintaining file structures, tagging clips, and ensuring easy access via Clinked.
