JOB- Graphic Designer

LOCATION- St Albans (Hybrid working)

TERM- Permanent

SALARY- £35,000 to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Premier Engineering is working with a dynamic and creative business based in St Albans, currently looking to bring a talented Graphic Designer into their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company and work on a wide variety of branding, print, and digital projects.

The Graphic Designer will ideally have the following attributes:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline
• 3+ years of professional design experience in a creative or in-house environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, print, and digital design work
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Excellent eye for detail, layout, typography, and colour theory
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills

The Graphic Designer role will involve:

• Creating compelling visuals for print, digital, and marketing campaigns
• Working on projects from concept through to final artwork
• Designing for a range of materials including brochures, packaging, web assets, and more
• Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative output with brand objectives
• Supporting brand development and consistency across all channels
• Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines
