Quantity Surveyor in Winchester

Job description

Our client is a national contractor with a turnover in excess of £500m. They are working on a large highways term maintenance framework for National Highways and are in need of a Freelance Quantity Surveyor in Hampshire. The assignment is expected to last for a minimum of 9 to 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.

• A contracting background working in civils environments.

• Extensive NEC contract experience.

• Term maintenance experience (desirable).

This position is paying between £425 & £475 per day DOE (Umbrella/PAYE). This equates to £1350 to £1400 per week net (after all Tax/NI deductions). You will be expected to attend the sites/offices a minimum of 3 days a week.
