The Role

You’ll deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across a mix of residential, commercial, and healthcare projects, taking a hands-on role from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on procurement and tendering processes
• Administer contracts through all project phases
• Provide commercial and contractual risk advice to clients
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified (essential)
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline
• Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
