About the Company - We are looking for experienced, value-driven Product Owners to join our client's team (NetBet) and to support the formulation of the C-suite's vision and strategy.

About the Role - Your primary responsibilities include product development based on feedback, continuous market research and to be working closely with the development team to ensure business requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the C-suite and different senior stakeholders to translate their vision into a comprehensive roadmap, aligned with the business needs
• Contribute to the prioritization of the projects and successfully manage the backlog
• Collaborate with UX and visual designers to transform bold concepts into refined, well-scoped features
• Business Opportunity Analysis - Find opportunities and develop supporting materials with quantitative and qualitative-driven insights, advocating for creative and innovative solutions to complex problems
• Competitive Intelligence - Perform detailed analyses of competing applications, including feature sets, content offerings, and general UX
• Data Analytics Initiatives - Find new ideas to A/B test to further the growth of the online casino ecosystem
• Be The Product Expert - Understand the player journey and create best-in-class solutions, ensuring key selling features and product info is represented accurately in the platform with a strategic lens towards improving comprehension, conversion, and player satisfaction
• Player Champion - embody the "player" view internally, driving a fan-first viewpoint across the org and post-launch product plans; ensure that the player's voice helps drive the brand's direction
• Cross-Platform Strategy - Develop and implement strategies that ensure a seamless user experience across various platforms, including mobile applications and web interfaces
• Mobile Application Oversight - Collaborate with development teams to oversee the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications, ensuring they align with the overall product vision and meet user expectations
• Platform-Specific Feature Management - Identify and prioritize features that leverage the unique capabilities of different platforms, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Experience in product ownership, preferably from gaming; online casinos; or consumer products (ex. ECommerce). Experience in managing regulated products.
• Experience to manage relationships with stakeholders

Required Skills

• Expertise in collecting and analyzing feature performance through advanced analytics, tracking KPIs, and deep analysis of user behavior and intent
• Data-driven attitude that can understand our player base and market trends and translate them into business opportunities
• Communication is your strength: you get energized by exchanging ideas with other people; you initiate conversations with your stakeholders, and you want to contribute to our growth
• Comfortable dealing with stakeholders of varied seniority from both the Commercial and Technical sides of the organization
• Proven ability to generate innovative ideas and solve complex problems
• Familiarity with behavioral economic concepts, data analysis, UX/UI, and A/B testing
• Ability to balance a data-driven attitude with creative problem-solving while maintaining a player-focused perspective
• Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features, managing the backlog
• Exceptional business judgment with a strategic and analytical attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to articulate complex ideas and influence others
• Team player attitude
