Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Executive to join the GroundScope team. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a seamless customer experience. They will engage with clients via various channels including emails and phone calls to address their needs and offer assistance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues efficiently
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing support
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of ground transportation services is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages may be beneficial
• Confident speaker.
• Works well under pressure
• Independent working but must be able to work well in a Team.
• Flexibility, self motivation, articulate and keen to learn.
• Confident in troubleshooting and making decisions.
