As Head of Product Management, you will define and govern the Product Operating Model, build a high-performing team, spearhead product discovery, and act as the voice of the customer. Your leadership will ensure our customer solutions are strategically aligned, operationally deliverable, and commercially profitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product operating model and lifecycle framework
• Build and lead a team of product managers and analysts
• Chair the cross-functional Product Steering Committee
• Define and govern the central product roadmap
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Engineering

The successful Head of Product Management will have:

• 10+ years in product or strategy roles within telecoms, technology, or digital infrastructure
• Proven ability to scale portfolios with both speed and governance
• Track record of driving business category innovation and expansion
• Commercial success in launching tech-led product propositions across complex supply chains
• Strong grasp of B2B product management frameworks (Product Operating Model, SAFe, Agile, discovery frameworks)
• Experience in building scalable product processes across complex businesses
• Ability to navigate integration layers across Marketing, Commercial, and Engineering
