Job description
We’re hiring experienced administrators for a busy contact centre in Bristol. This is a temporary, full-time role, based on-site 5 days a week.
What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound customer calls (B2C)
- Complete accurate and detailed admin tasks
- Update systems, resolve queries, and log information
- Work in a fast-paced, supportive team
What we need:
- 1 year minimum office/admin experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Available to start immediately
- Comfortable working full-time in the office
