Our client is seeking a Base Metals Trader with demonstrable experience in trading Copper.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and execute physical and derivative copper trades, ensuring optimal risk management and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, smelters, industrial clients, and logistical partners worldwide.
• Analyze market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and macroeconomic factors impacting the copper market.
• Collaborate with internal teams on logistics, finance, and compliance to ensure seamless execution of trades.
• Contribute to the company’s sustainability and energy transition initiatives by identifying opportunities in responsible sourcing and green metals.
