A Tier 1 Bank is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their London-based office within the Markets Transformation team. The client is delivering a major front-to-back transformation programme and requires support with the delivery and oversight of Credit RWA and trade lifecycle initiatives.


Job Details:

• Start date - ASAP
• Duration - until 31/12/2025
• Rate - £700pd - £750pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
• Location - London
• Hybrid - 3 days in the office

Key requirements:

• Strong experience in front office, with a deep understanding of trading systems, risk platforms, and trade lifecycle processes.
• Proven ability to work across the full trade lifecycle-from execution to settlement-across OTC and exchange-traded derivatives.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering target architectures and operating models in capital markets.
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
• Strong product knowledge across asset classes and a clear understanding of trade flow through systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior business, quant, and data teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive initiatives forward.
• Experience in capital remediation or regulatory-driven transformation programmes is a plus.
