Role: Internal Medical, Nursing & Dental Recruiter

Location: Leeds HQ (LS11) + free parking

Reports to: Head of Medical & Recruitment Director

Salary: strong starting base + commission structure


About the Role


As we enter a phase of hypergrowth across the YDS Group – including Smile White and Yorkshire Dental Suite – we are looking for an exceptional recruiter to specialise in clinical and medical hiring.


You’ll play a key role in building out our internal clinical teams, hiring across Dentists, Dental Nurses, Treatment Coordinators, Hygienists, Nurses, Clinicians and more.


Based from our Leeds HQ, this role is central to the success of our group, directly contributing to our goal of 200+ hires by H2 2025 and helping us reach £150 million+ revenue.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all clinical and medical roles across the group
  • Work closely with the Head of Medical, Recruitment Director and department leads to understand workforce planning and upcoming headcount needs
  • Source, screen, and secure top-tier clinical talent
  • Build strong talent pipelines for high-volume roles across multiple locations
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are efficient, candidate-focused, and aligned with brand standards
  • Contribute to workforce planning and hiring strategy discussions
  • Use ATS and data tools to manage performance and report on hiring metrics


About You

  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, dental, nursing or clinical sectors (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and driven by results
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and people-first approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
