Salary: Depending on experience, up to £75,000 yearly

We are currently seeking a highly accomplished and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry team. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will play a central role in shaping the dessert menu, overseeing pastry kitchen operations, and contributing to the overall success of our culinary offerings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative and high-quality dessert menus.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Lead and inspire the pastry team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage the freshness of ingredients.
  • Ensure efficient pastry kitchen workflows and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary industry.
  • Strong pastry skills and a track record of creating successful and creative dessert menus.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
