What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a variety of professional and project-based services
• Conduct surveys, inspections, and produce detailed technical reports
• Provide expert advice on design, construction, maintenance, and repair
• Manage project teams and client relationships from inception to completion
• Support junior staff and contribute to business development initiatives

Requirements:

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with strong consultancy experience
• Proven track record of managing high-value projects
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
• UK driving license and willingness to travel for site inspections
