Property Litigation - Senior Associate

Salary: £60,000–£80,000 plus excellent benefits

Firm: National Law Firm - Top 100

Patter: Hybrid Working

Location: Buckinghamshire

PQE: 3–7 PQE

Oculus Legal Group are exclusively partnered with a leading national law firm ranked within the UK Top 100. We are looking to speak with experienced Property Litigation Solicitors ready to take the next step in their career by joining a prestigious Dispute Resolution team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national Property Litigation team working on high-value and complex disputes across the public and private sectors. You will work closely with nationally recognised Partners and play a key role in advising institutional landlords, developers, retailers, and local authorities. The work is both challenging and rewarding, encompassing:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Development-related litigation including rights to light, restrictive covenants, and overage
• Adverse possession and title disputes
• Trespass, nuisance, and property damage claims
• Strategic advice on risk management and dispute avoidance

Candidate

• 3+ years’ PQE with a strong background in property litigation
• Experience managing your own caseload as well as supervising or mentoring junior team members
• A commercial, client-focused mindset with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships
• A genuine passion for dispute resolution and property law
• Prior experience in a national or highly regarded regional law firm would be an advantage
