MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a well-established consumer goods brand to recruit a Creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Surrey, UK.


We are currently seeking a Creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to produce impactful visual content for D2C websites, Amazon, and digital campaigns—ensuring brand consistency while driving engagement and sales.


The successful candidate will support the creative needs of the eCommerce and marketing teams by designing graphics and editing video assets that resonate with consumers and align with the brand’s commercial goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create graphics for websites, product pages, social media, email, and Amazon A+ content.
  • Produce and edit video content for use in product explainers, paid ads, and social channels.
  • Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and eCommerce teams to support testing and optimisation.
  • Manage asset libraries and creative documentation for internal stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Keep up with digital design and content trends across social and eCommerce platforms.


What We're Looking For:


  • Proven experience as a designer and video editor in a digital/eCommerce setting.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio of work across web, Amazon, and paid social campaigns.
  • Understanding of CRO, user journey, and how visual content impacts performance.
  • Ability to work at pace, manage multiple briefs, and meet commercial deadlines.
  • Experience working within a consumer goods, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand is desirable.
