Childrens Home Team Leader in Stoke-On-Trent

Our client is a provider of Children in Social Care and are looking to recruit a Childrens Home Team Leader for their home based in Stoke-on-Trent.

You will be an experienced in Childrens Residential Care with your level 3 qualification and 2 years experience within a similar role. You will have access to your own transport as you will be taking children to activities as part of the role.

As the Childrens Home Team Leader you will be providing a safe and secure environments for the young people and be an excellent team player and really get involved with the activities and have the ability to lead a team of support workers.

You will:

• Be working on a rota of 2 on 4 off
• Supervise a Team
• Communicate with staff, children and families
• Transport the children as and when needed

In return for your role as the Childrens Home Team Leader you will receive:
