The Role
Employment Senior Associate – Leeds – Up to £85,000 salary

The team offers a wide range of legal services for businesses advising on contentious, non-contentious and support on corporate transactions in the UK and across various jurisdictions.
You will undertake a diverse range of employment matters, including complex discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract litigation. You will also have he opportunity to be involved in non-contentious projects, often with an international element.
The Candidate
- Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years of post qualification experience
- Proficient in both contentious and non-contentious work
- Ability to manage tribunal claims and other contentious matters
- Experience of advising multi-national commercial clients
- A high level of commerciality, with excellent time management, and the ability to offer practical advice
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Ideally experience of supervising and assisting in the development of junior team members
- A strong and effective communicator and the ability to influence at all levels
