An elite international law firm is seeking a highly skilled Tax Associate (4–8 years PQE) to join its fast-paced and collaborative London office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, cross-border tax matters at one of the most prestigious legal platforms globally.

The Role

As a Tax Associate, you will:

• Advise on the tax aspects of high-value corporate, private equity, real estate, and fund transactions
• Assist in structuring international deals and investments, including cross-border joint ventures
• Collaborate with both US and UK teams, offering integrated tax solutions to a diverse client base
• Support clients on tax disputes and regulatory matters where required

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• 4–8 years PQE at a leading UK, US, or international law firm
• Extensive experience in transactional tax, structuring, and advisory
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-border team
