PA – General Counsel / Risk & Compliance

Global Law Firm | Central London | Hybrid Working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team PA to join a prestigious global law firm in their Central London office. This role will see you supporting the General Counsel and the wider Risk & Compliance team, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth running of this high-profile function.

This position has become available due to an internal move, and is a fantastic chance to step into a varied and highly visible role within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level PA and administrative support to the General Counsel and wider Risk & Compliance team
• Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential correspondence
• Support operational tasks across the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day efficiency
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as required

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience as a PA or Team Assistant supporting senior management, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
• Previous exposure to operational or compliance-focused teams is desirable
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with iManage is a bonus
• A proactive, calm and professional approach with a high level of discretion
