WHO WE ARE

We are a leading Financial Services organisation.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join a leading UK financial services organisation on a 6-month contract (hybrid, central London, £600/day). You'll work within a multidisciplinary design team to deliver clean, accessible, and scalable UI for high-traffic digital products.

This role is ideal for someone with deep Figma expertise, a strong grasp of design systems, and experience crafting inclusive, user-centred interfaces across web and mobile.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Design clean, accessible, and responsive UI for large-scale digital products across web and mobile.
• Use Figma to produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and contribute to evolving the design system.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, content designers, and developers in a cross-functional team.
• Ensure visual design aligns with accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and lead design discussions when needed.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving business requirements.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Expert-level Figma skills, including auto layout, tokens, variables, and design system components.
• Strong visual design portfolio showcasing clean, user-focused interfaces across digital platforms.
• Solid understanding of accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles.
• Experience working on complex, scalable digital products, ideally in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
• Confident communicator with the ability to present design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in hybrid teams within agile environments, alongside researchers, content designers, and engineers.
