HR Business Partner - 12 month Fixed-Term Contract

London - on-site 5 days a week

£90,000 - £110,000 plus bonus

We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced, high-performing global Financial Services business. Supporting senior leaders across the UK, Ireland and Bermuda, this is an opportunity to lead core HR processes, drive business-aligned people strategies, and play a key role in shaping organisational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver core HR processes (compensation reviews, talent development, etc.)
• Partner with business leaders and specialist HR teams (e.g., Reward, Talent)
• Lead workforce planning and budgeting initiatives
• Provide expert ER guidance and support on complex issues
• Use HR analytics to influence and steer decisions
• Champion culture change and employee engagement across regions

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating at HR Business Partner level in a Financial Services environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at exec level
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a matrixed, global environment
• Commercially aware, data-driven, and experienced in managing ambiguity and change
