A Career Opportunity Worth Hearing About...

We’re not exaggerating when we say this is a rare and rewarding opportunity. At our Christchurch Hearing Centre—nestled in one of the South Coast’s most picturesque locations—you’ll find more than just a well-equipped clinic. You’ll find a soundproofed IAC testing room, cutting-edge technology, and a team culture built on clinical excellence, deep trust, and shared success.

This is a role for an ambitious audiologist who wants to do things properly, be well-supported, and be financially recognised for delivering life-changing outcomes.

Why the Earnings Are Real.

The £150,000+ figure isn’t a pipe dream—it’s the result of a proven business model that’s been growing successfully for nearly 25 years. Our audiologists routinely achieve this level of income, some even more, thanks to strong demand, expert marketing, excellent client conversion, and the backing of one of the most supportive teams in UK hearing care. There’s no pressure-selling. Instead, our clients choose us because they trust our integrity, our service, and the results we deliver.

About the Role:

  • Based at our Christchurch hearing centre with travel to client homes and local events
  • Conduct hearing tests in our purpose-built, fully soundproof IAC room
  • Recommend and fit the most advanced hearing technology
  • Participate in our field events and local engagement activities
  • Deliver follow-up care that ensures long-term client satisfaction
  • Be a central part of a friendly, talented, and client-focused team

  • About Us

Next February marks our 25th year of helping people hear better—and live better. Healthy Hearing is a family-run company with six centres across the UK and a minimum of two more opening in the next 12 months. We’ve built a business that thrives on doing things right: high clinical standards, deep aftercare, and a commitment to growing the client base organically at over 20% each year.

Our secret? We’ve created an environment where talented professionals flourish. Every audiologist is supported by four team members—including customer service advisors trained to carry out minor repairs and wax checks—giving you more time to focus on what you do best: changing lives through better hearing.

    What We Offer

    • Basic salary starting from £35,000 per annum
    • Realistic expected earnings of £150,000+ per annum
    • Company car or mileage allowance
    • Private Medical Insurance (PMI), including dental and optical cover
    • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
    • Ongoing clinical training and professional development
    • Regular company events and a positive, professional team culture

    What We’re Looking For

    • Qualified and HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist
    • Passionate about exceptional client care and long-term support
    • Confident working independently and as part of a wider team
    • Comfortable with in-centre work, home visits, and hearing events
    • Someone who values integrity, quality, and making a real difference
