Legal Counsel (4 days a week) - Surrey in London Area

Our client

Simmons and Hanbury have been instructed on a new part time Legal Counsel opportunity at a leading global services provider. This is a chance for a Associate or Legal Counsel to join a top tier and friendly in-house team at a global high performing company based in Surrey.

Key responsibilities

• Dealing with complex commercial agreements including tech, procurement and other supplier agreements.
• Drafting and negotiation of subcontracting agreements and flow-down terms
• Other advisory work regarding data protection/TUPE matters

Experience requirements

• Solid legal experience either in-house or at a top law firm ideally with secondment/in-house experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts including drafting and negotiation with a focus on procurement
• Around 6 + PQE
